Ulaş Özcan, who graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychology in 2003, worked for 10 years in the Human Resources and Training departments of global companies such as Starbucks, Kordsa Global, Ericsson, in order to integrate his academic studies with the business world. During this time, he worked on employee/manager behaviors and was involved in many domestic and international projects on these issues. In this process, he also carried out projects on psychometric modeling of behavior and gave trainings to many leading institutions in Turkey. Integrating his academic studies with the business world, Özcan has developed many psychometric tools with his own patent. Currently, he is a consultant to many large institutions in the field of organizational behavior. Özcan continues his research and writing studies and teaches psychology and organizational behavior at Boğaziçi University and Hasan Kalyoncu University.
